Dr. Dan EricksonInstructor of Ecological Economics and Environmental GIS
He was first introduced to GIS as an undergraduate at Cornell University where he earned a Bachelor’s in Natural Resources. While at Texas A&M, Dr. Erickson earned a Master’s in Rangeland Ecology and Management. In addition to teaching, Dan has been working as a geospatial analyst for over 25 years. His interests are varied but recent projects have involved multifunctional landscape analysis, sustainable agriculture and inventorying local food systems.
